We have a complete team of quality control for inspection of the tools at every stage ensures complete accuracy at the finall stage. Tools are inspected as per drawing and international standard DIN, BS & JIS and are supplied along with test certificate.
We are capable to design our tools as per component drawings or component samples with the use of modern computer aided designing which provide fast & accurate simulation of all the tools produced. We are using latest software for reverse generation of Gear & Spline profiles to ensure the accurate hob profile dimension.
