Profile Sharpened Cutters

Profile Sharpened Cutters are those on which the relief is obtained and which are resharpened by grinding a narrow bend back of the cutting edges. (E.g. Side & Face cutters, Slab Milling Cutters and all types of Angle Cutter)

Form Relieved Cutters

Form Relieved Cutters are those which are relieved by grinding only the faces of the teeth,the original form is mentioned throughout the life of the cutters.The relieved surfaces may be Ground or Ungrounded. (E.g. Serration cutters for Hacksaw and Band saw blades, Convex and Concave cutters and Special profile cutters). These are available in Class "A" B & C

Chain Sprocket Cutters

Chain Sprocket Cutters are manufactured in a set of 3 different forms numbered 1 to 3 as per DIN, BS & ASA standards. These are also specially designed as per customer's requirements.
